This is an original, one of a kind piece of art. Drawn by cartoonist Joe Dator for The New Yorker magazine, and published in the issue dated October 30, 2017.

It depicts a group of people marching in a parade wearing hastily cobbled together Halloween costumes, such as cat ears, a funny wig, and a Groucho nose and glasses disguise. They are carrying a banner that says “The Last-Minute Halloween Costume Parade”

It was drawn in pen and ink with ink wash on vellum-finish bristol. Its dimensions are 9\" x 12\"
