This antique Dietz Acme Inspector Lamp is a vintage railroad and track walker lantern featuring a protective half-round metal reflector shield, a central glass globe, and a top wire-bale carrying handle.

Manufactured by the R.E. Dietz Company for railroad track walkers, car inspectors, or station agents needing directional, wind-resistant lighting.
Design Features:
Includes an integrated oil/kerosene font at the base, a burner regulator, and a curved reflector shell that directs light forward while protecting the user's eyes and the flame.
This is an estate find that is sold as is. It appears to be all original but requires a thorough cleaning.
