A fascinating piece of early 20th-century U.S. Navy history with excellent original handwritten content throughout. Particularly appealing to collectors of U.S. Navy, naval communications, signalman, Hampton Roads, military training and 1920s military ephemera.
Condition: Antique used condition with significant exterior wear consistent with age and service. Cover shows rubbing, edge and corner wear. Binding/spine shows wear, and pages have been removed/torn out at the back of the notebook. Interior pages show age toning and occasional marks but much of the handwriting remains exceptionally clear and legible. Please review all photographs carefully for condition and contents.
Sold as an original historical notebook exactly as found. No restoration has been attempted.
