Original production cels from the 1980-90s Manga Anime series “You’re under arrest” (Taiho Shichauzo).It consists of 3 overlayed cels with peg holes and stapled together.It is hand-painted with matching key sketch art per cel.
The image shows a close-up of Natsumi Tsujimoto in their patrol car, with Miyuki Kobayakawa sitting next to her.
The condition is great. In the center two sheets are stuck togeter, but no paint flaking. It has great line work and smooth paint.
