ITEM:Original 1974 Volkswagen Beetle ( Love Bug ) magazine print ad. Condition is used. Ships via USPS first class mail.
DESCRIPTION:1974 Volkswagen Beetle ad was printed in full color, measures approximately 8.25" X 11", and was printed on the standard general interest or automotive quality paper utilized, not the premium paper utilized by National Geographic. Because of the lower quality paper, there has been noticeable aging discoloration to the original white open space, which now varies from full white to light beige and darkens near the edges of the paper. Please scan over the photo to enlarge it so that you can confirm that colors are still vivid and bright. However, please be advised that my scanner automatically lightens the photo and I have yet to figure out how to stop if from doing that,. Actual ad is between 1 adn 2 shades darker than it appears in photo. However, from owning over 50,000 ad dating back to 1903, I would classify the aging discoloration of this ad to be average for a magazine most likely not kept in a climate controlled environment. Other than normal aging discoloration based on age of ad and quality of paper, ad is in excellent condition and contains no bends, folds, wrinkles, markings, tears, stains, or water damage. VW WB
SHIPPING: Shipping will only take place on Wednesday and Saturday, unless I happen to visit my local grocery store, which operates as a satellite post office. If so, I will mail item on that day. Otherwise, payments received between Sat 8:01 AM and Tuesday at 11:00 PM will ship on Wednesday and payments received between 11:01 PM Tuesday and 8:00 AM Saturday will ship on Saturday. Item(s) will be encased in a plastic protective sheet and mailed between two protective chipboards to greatly reduce chance item will be creased or otherwise damaged during shipment.

A tracking number can be obtained, but you will have to pay for tracking as postage that includes a tracking number starts at $4.47 and I am only charging $3.00 S & H.
