Old Vtg Standing 1975 Native Indian Chief Wall Piece V. Kendrick Chicago USA:
$139.00

For sale is a highly collectible, authentic vintage 1975 Native American Indian Chief high-relief wall sculpture. This massive, detailed piece was manufactured by the renowned Universal Statuary Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, and features the incised signature of artist V. Kendrick right on the base.

This specific piece features an incredible piece of retail history: it still retains its original blue vintage inventory tag from Keith O'Brien (showing stock number 34 076), a prominent historic department store chain. Finding this original tag means this sculpture was originally retailed through one of their stores back in the mid-1970s, giving the item an extra layer of unique regional provenance and authenticity.

• Artist: V. Kendrick

• Manufacturer: Universal Statuary Corp (Chicago, IL)

• Year: 1975

• Dimensions: Approximately 33 inches tall x 13 inches wide

• Material: Heavy composite resin / durable chalkware blend

• Condition: Good vintage condition with fantastic, vibrant original paint. Displays beautifully with excellent details on the ceremonial war bonnet, shield, and drum. (Please see photos for full cosmetic details, minor age-related surface wear, and the exact signature/tag details).

Perfect for collectors of mid-century kitsch, 1970s retro home decor, Western Americana, or rustic lodge aesthetics.

• Shipping/Pickup: Available for local pickup or securely packed for shipping. (If shipping: Item is heavy and large, and will be packed with professional care to ensure safe arrival). Important Shipping & Handling Note:

Due to the large size (approx. 33 inches) and substantial weight of this vintage high-relief composite sculpture, shipping requires extra care. This item will be wrapped securely in multiple layers of heavy-duty bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy, oversized box to ensure it arrives safely. Full shipping insurance is included in the cost. Combined shipping is not available for this item to ensure safe transport.
