Old Vtg Cast Iron Striped Cat Doorstop Very Folky Paint Great Look and Surface For Sale

This offering is for an old cast iron cat doorstop. The figure measures app. 9.5\" tall and it retains what appears to be the original paint surface. The paint scheme of dark blue stripes on a lighter blue ground combined with the yellow and white are nothing short of charming. My guess is the cat was made in the first half of the 20th century, probably around the 1950\'s. It has gotten a very nice paint surface with appropriate crazing, chipping to the paint and minor losses. There is also a bit of minor rust at the edges and wear point as seen in our photo\'s. There are no cracks, breaks or repairs. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 20.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
