Depending on the positioning of the wheel the face can seem to be pleasant or to have a toothy somewhat wicked grin. The pulley has raised letter that reads \"YOUNG 708 SEATTLE\" with additional markings on the wheel. The overall length is app. 15\" it measures app. 9\" across and 4.5\" deep. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs and it has an even all over light surface rust.
