Extremely rare vintage Ohio State Buckeyes cast metal football helmet bottle opener. Painted silver and white with red painted stripe flanked by blue & white adhesive stripes. Made in the USA by Scott Products, New Jersey. This weighty, substantial piece can also be displayed as a collectible figurine or used a paper weight. This vintage piece is in excellent condition with some very small surface scuffs in the gloss paint finish as highlighted in the last three in cast zinc, a hard, non-ferrous metal that is environmentally safe.

Hand painted with baked enamel in silver, white, and red with blue and white adhesive stripe details.

Features a durable, flush-mounted, galvanized steel bottle opener embedded in the base which shows some subtle age patina and no signs of prior use.

Scott Prod. brand mark embossed in base opener.

There are a few minor surface scuffs in the gloss paint finish on the right side of the helmet commensurate with age, but no paint or color loss. Kindly refer to the last three photos above.
