Collector\'s Notes: 1960s Army Issue Towels had but one row or \"strip\" as 1960s Marine Corps jungle towels had three to four rows or lines/strips in the pattern. Both period Army and Marine towels were made to spec of the same identical weight olive drab dyed cotton Material.
These Jungle Towels were used on the 1986 Vietnam War motion picture PLATOON, and what the Wardrobe Department \"dressed\" the MAIN CAST ACTORS and any day players (actors who work but one day with minimal lines which we call \"Under Fives\" for under five lines of dialogue) for their daily work on camera.
