This unique piece is being SOLD AS IS. IT IS MISSING A WHEEL and has some additional flaws. I do not know if it is antique or just vintage. I have not been able to find any information on it; it may be one of a kind. I do not know whether it was a personal piece or a fixture somewhere. It may be a piece of folk art? There is no artist signature. It is made of wood and some kind of heavy particle type board. There are nicks and small chips here and there. In addition to the wheel there is a small circular piece missing on the front of the center finial and possibly a small piece missing on top of the red rod. There is obvious paint wear and spots. There will be signs of age and use thru out; all of which will not be visible in the photos or specifically mentioned. It needs a little cleaning; i wiped it off but it is a bit dirty in the crevices. There will be hand painted / hand made imperfections. Again; this piece is sold as is and needs repair. It is likely that i have overlooked some additional small flaws. Buyer should expect more wear than what is visible or mentioned. SOLD AS IS. Please view all photos using zoom.
