Nymphenburg porcelain fantail pigeon figurine, model 962, designed by Luise Terletzki-Scherf. The front corner of the base bears an impressed designer’s mark. The underside has the green Nymphenburg crowned shield mark and impressed model number.
Approximately 5.25" H × 5.25" W × 3.75" D.
Excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, repairs, or rough feather edges observed. Minor shelf-contact marks on the underside of the base. The shorter feather above the beak has a smooth, finished edge and appears to be part of the original design. Please review the photos, including the close-ups of the marks.
