Northwest Coast Wooden Carved Totem Pole Painted Vintage Art Raven Wolf 20" Tall
Wonderful large art totem pole from Canada, Northwest Coast. I purchased this art piece at Estate sale in Hamilton, Ontario. Item history is not available. Unsigned and unmarked. This totem pole depicts: Raven on the top of seating wolf. Measures: 20" height; 12.5" wingspan; 4.5" square base. Weights: 1 lb. 13 oz. Hand-painted mostly in black and white with accent red and blue colors. The wings are removable and stack in two carved slots to the body. (Looks that the wings were nailed to the pole, but the nails was removed and holes filled) NOTE: There are four symmetrical small holes on both wings (four of each side). No chips, missing pieces or other visible traces of wear or flaws. Overall: From good to very good vintage condition.
