2020 Outer Banks of NC. \"OBX\" Dare County locals Specialty Aluminum License Plate! This locals (Outer Banks of NC.) plate also features \"First in Flight\" All embossed numbers, with really good paint on the numbers! So here\'s what keeps this one from a Mint rating: It has normal to heavy bolt wear on the top bolt holes, and the paint on the numbers while very good, is not without a couple marks. That\'s it! On the plus side:This plate\'s year sticker is also in good shape too, and its a numbers matching year sticker, which means no tampering, furthermore it\'s a \"Natural\" which collectors love! Natural=Only one sticker, none underneath! The bottom bolt holes look unused! It lays flat, with no dings, rust, bends or separations! This is a good one! It\'s worth the effort for all collectors!
