Offered for sale is a beautiful pitcher in the OLD ROSE pattern handcrafted by the artisans at Nicholas Mosse Pottery in County Kilkenny, Ireland.
Every piece of Mosse Pottery is created using a 20-step process ~ the designs are hand-applied using sponges. This mug is beautifully painted in rich colors. See last photo: Nicholas Mosse at the potter’s wheel!
Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. But there is some exterior crazing near the handle (next to last photo). Crazing does not effect the life nor the usefulness of the pottery.
Appx 4.5” high. 6” wide spout to handle, 4.25” wide w/o handle. Nice weight, lovely.
Microwave and dishwasher safe, but please note sudden changes in temperature may cause more crazing.
Will be carefully packaged and shipped quickly from a smoke-free environment.
