For your consideration is this very nice old Japanese vase with lots of symbols on it. I know very little about Japanese pottery so I will have to let the more knowledgeable decide country, name, age, style and the like. If it is not Japanese, which I am merely guessing it is, please let me know so I can put it in the correct category.
I am not sure what is going on with figures on the bottom - I wonder if they are plants. The orange color symbol IF, I wonder if it is the artist's signature. Again, I yield to the experts to decide.
Measures approximately 23-7/8" tall, almost 6" across the top, and 5" across the bottom.
Condition: Other than crazing, it looks to be in very nice condition to me. There are no cracks, chips, hairlines and the like. Please use the photo gallery to determine condition along with the written one.
