New Vintage Handmade Blue & White Cottage Core Embroidered Quilt 97x76 Heirloom For Sale

This new vintage hand-quilted blue and white Cottage Core Farmhouse quilt features a beautiful design of 12 white quilt blocks featuring a floral motif surrounded by sky blue blocks. The hand quilting is so tight and fine and in itself is absolutely beautiful. The quilter made lovely quilted designs rather than straight stitching. It is trimmed on all sides with blue & white points. The large rectangular quilt is made of 100% cotton and is perfect for any bedroom or collection. Handmade in 1973 by a then 84 year-old master quilter, this heirloom piece embodies a Farmhouse Cottage Core Style. With its intricate hand-embroidery and hand-quilting, this quilt adds a touch of nostalgia and elegance to any space, making it a timeless collectible from the early 1970s. It is new and has never been used and has been carefully stored for many years. The quilt is well-made and beautiful. The first photo and the last photo showing the quilt in its plastic storage bag shows the quilt’s true sky blue color. I am also listing another quilt made for me by this same quilter in 1973. It looks somewhat like this quilt, but is pink and white.
