1996 Neon Genesis Evangelion Carddass Masters trading card GR10, from the Graffiti series. This is the original: Bandai's 1996 Carddass Masters, printed in Japan when Evangelion was brand new, not the 2021 reprint.
Graded CGC PRISTINE 10, certification 6217695065. One of 2 at Pristine, 9 graded total as of October 25th, 2026
Carddass were vending machine cards, pulled by kids, thumbed through, traded in schoolyards, carried loose in pockets and binders for thirty years. Almost none of them came through that untouched. This one did. Pristine is CGC's tier above gem mint, and after 30 years there are only two of these at that tier. It did not just survive, it survived flawless.
The card is printed with Rei Ayanami's name, while the front art shows Asuka Langley Sohryu and Shinji Ikari. The back is Rei's character design sheet, which is where her name on the card comes from.
Ships in a box with the slab protected, packed like it's going to a museum. Ships promptly; international buyers welcome through Global Shipping.
