I purchased this at a fundraiser at the Mitchell Museum of the American Indian in Evanston, Illinois in the late 2000\'s. The museum collected a percentage of the sales of jewelry pieces Members consigned from their personal collections. This necklace still had the original tag indicating it was crafted by members of the Tsikewa family.
