I will be listing a number of older knives from a family-owned general store. I sold quite a few a while back and we just found more. These knives are exactly how they were left many years ago - most with original paperwork and boxes and many with original oil on them in original bags. I have not attempted to clean, polish or repair anything - I figure someone who is looking for these is way better suited. If I didn\'t open a blade it\'s not because it doesn\'t open, it\'s because to open it I would have to put pressure where the metal plates are glued and a couple decided to come off in the process. I\'ve only opened the ones in bag for a few minutes (wearing gloves) to photograph the serial numbers and a couple angles of the knife. The rear blade has not been opened on several because doing so requires pressure near the attached decorative plates/shields, and I did not want to risk loosening them. I have made no attempt to force it open.
