Vintage 1976 Biedermann 1776–1976 U.S. Bicentennial Commemorative Brass Ornament
Beautiful and unusual original Biedermann Collectors Series ornament produced for the United States Bicentennial.
This special commemorative design features a large American bald eagle with the traditional U.S. shield, surrounded by the dates 1776–1976. It is intricately hand cut from brass and was made in West Germany.

Included are the ornament, original green hanging cord, original purple Biedermann presentation card, and original clear protective wrapper.
Condition: Excellent vintage NOS / unused condition. The ornament has remained with its original packaging for approximately 50 years. The brass remains bright and attractive. Under close inspection and strong lighting, some light surface marks, fine scratches and minor age/storage spotting can be seen, as shown in the close-up photographs. These have not been polished or cleaned away. The original clear plastic wrapper shows normal age-related wrinkling and storage wear. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they are part of the description.
An especially desirable Biedermann ornament because this is the special American Bicentennial 1776–1976 eagle design, rather than the standard Biedermann annual 1976 ornament.
