Shipping
All of our items are shipped from South Korea. Please take a look at the \"Shipping and Payments\" tab to explore the available shipping options. While we usually offer Economy shipping, feel free to select a different option if you prefer!
- Standard Shipping: A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
- Expedited Shipping (EMS): A tracking number will be provided. Delivery typically takes 3-7 days.
- Free Shipping (Economy Shipping): This shipping method can take anywhere from a month to a couple of months, depending on your location. If you feel the delivery time is too long, just let us know, and we\'ll be happy to check on your shipment after it\'s been delivered.
Important Note: Due to updated customs regulations, Brazilian shipments may experience higher return rates, and a customs clearance fee of 15 BRL may be applied.
Returns
