These boots are made in the United States for our military by the Miner company. They are no longer made but are still used by our military today and any outdoors man who want to have warm and dry feet in cold weather. They are rated -20 and colder and can easily be warm to -40 and colder, waterproof also.These boots run large so this pair of size 9 regular should fit a men's size 10 or women's size 11.
