Mid Century piece of Americana pottery, This hearty medium crock, holding 2 gallons of your favorite pickles, sauerkraut, and maybe Kombucha, is in ready to serve condition, There are a few stains on the lid, which was never protected with a gloss (see last two photos for reference), but does not detract or prevent operation. No chips or cracks, there is a fine crazing over the entire piece from time, which is age appropriate. Made in Texas by the Marshall Pottery Company estimated around 1950. Marked with a #2 on the lid indicating it\'s 2 gallon capacity, and measures aprox. 10\" in height and 9\" in width and has a weight of 12 pounds.
