Mexican Aztec Mayan Tezcatlipoca & Huitzilopochtli Obsidian Sacrifice Knife
*This was picked up at a thrift store. It is in immaculate condition! This seems to be a one of a kind obsidian sacrificial knife replica with decor and gems added to the handle. It is unique as in it seems the artist added additional decor, combining a mix of multiple gods. My guess is a somewhat random mix of Tezcatlipoca and Huitzilopochtli. Tezcatlipoca wears a jaguar headdress as seen on this knife (huitzilopochtli wears a hummingbird headdress and would never be seen with a jaguar headdress), but the figure on this knife is holding a snake that could be inspired by Huitzilopochtli’s turquoise serpent staff.USA seller, based out of Miami Beach
