This is a nice EKC - L L Cook Co. branded, unmailed, circa 1940s, divided back style POST CARD of the East Sdie of Federal Ave looking to the North, Home Bank & Trust, Kresges, Ables Clothing, Engler's Drug Store, Save Shoppe, 1st National Bank Building, United Loans, Fred Harris Drugs, Hamilton Business School, Osco Drugs, Damons and Goodrich.

Very Good to Excellent Unused shape. Little corner rounding and edge wear, no major faults.

Card shape descriptions are done to the Post Card trade standards: Mint is hard to find; Near Mint has very little if any wear; Excellent allows some wear and minor soiling; Very Good is better than average; Good is basically average; Fair is to allow more wear than normal; Poor is obvious. We try to call out any tears, minor wrinkles are on most any card. Creased means has been folded or badly bent. Cut down cards are hardly ever sold by us, if so, will be told as such. Repros - destroyed, unless historic value - life is just too short for cheats!
