Shipping
All of our handling times are set at 2 business days from when your payment clears. We are not full-time sellers and currently dont have the ability to offer same or next day shipping. We strive to ship every other business day with cutoff at 12pm Eastern Time. That means if you purchase an item Thursday at 2pm theres a chance it wont ship until Monday morning. During peak holiday season we will increase it to same or 1 business day. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. Unfortunately once an order is placed, we must ship to that address. So please confirm you have selected the correct address before placing your order.
Returns
We have returns turned off for most items. This is to deter buyers remorse returns only. If there are any issues with your item please message us before leaving negative response. We want to make sure every customer is satisfied with the condition of their item and will gladly make things right if we made mistakes on our end.
For International Customers
International customers are responsible making sure they are allowed to import items to their country. They are also responsible for any and all import duties / taxes.
