This example was personally gifted to me by Roy Rose after I helped manage the 2017 and 2018 Cult Classic Conventions in Bastrop, Texas. According to Roy, it was one of 14 memorial programs contained among Marilyn Burns material he acquired from her brother in 2018.

This is an authentic memorial program produced following Marilyn Burns\' passing on August 5, 2014. The program identifies Katy Funeral Home in Katy, Texas and Dignity Memorial on the reverse and contains Burns\' obituary, photographs, poetry, and memorial imagery.

This provenance is provided as my firsthand account of receiving the item directly from Roy Rose. Information concerning the 2018 storage-unit acquisition and the number of memorial programs found therein was personally related to me by Roy.
