This comic is conservatively graded in Very Good (VG 4.0) condition. It has been carefully inspected, and unlike many copies from this era, it is completely intact and structurally sound.

• Interior Pages: ALL pages are fully attached to the staples. No loose or missing pages. The paper shows natural yellowing/browning consistent with a 75+ year old comic book, but it remains flexible and completely readable.
• Covers: The front cover colors remain wonderfully bright and vibrant. There is a tiny, vintage pencil mark on the front cover (common for original newsstand arrivals from this era) and minor spine/edge wear.
• Back Cover: The back cover features the famous \"Subscribe Now!\" coupon layout. Crucially, the coupon is complete and has NOT been cut out, which is rare for this issue.
