Up for sale is an authentic vintage, obsolete mid-20th-century honorary firefighter badge from the Madison Fire Department in Wisconsin.

Provenance & Background:This custom-engraved piece was originally presented to Ben Newman (my maternal grandfather), who passed away around 1960. It has been preserved in our family and kept safely displayed in a shadow box for the past 50 years.

Condition & Physical Details:

• Material: Non-magnetic metal construction.

• Finish: Features a classic two-tone design. The original gold-toned finish shows natural vintage wear, revealing the silver-toned core metal underneath.
