Hummels are popular, vintage collectibles. American soldiers bought them when they were stationed in Europe as souvenirs and gifts for their sweethearts. Hummels are a renowned name in collecting. Up for grabs are a set of Goebel annual Hummel decorative plates. These plates were made each year to celebrate Hummel collecting. This lot includes the years: 1972, 1975, 1977, 1980, 1981. These plates are mint in box. They were only removed for pictures. The boxes show wear due to age and storage.Diameter: 6.5 in.
