WELCOME TO MCMKLOKWORKS. This is a beautiful handmade starburst pendulum wall clock designed in the always popular mid-century modern style. It is made from a beautiful piece of darker Walnut hardwood. It is sizable measuring 24"×8.25"×1/4". Finished with 3 coats of Old Masters Natural Gel stain and 2 coats of Varathane Gel Topcoat this clock turned out brilliantly! The wood grain and finish are superb. The starburst accent is 1/8" Walnut on Birch and finished with 4 coats of Varathane Clear Gloss Ultimate Polyurethane Topcoat. Pictures do not do my clocks justice..not even close. I've used a constant sweep non-ticking quartz clock movement with a seperate hi-pull pendulum drive unit for a very lively pendulum swing. 2 AA batteries included. The pendulum is VERY high quality with a polished chrome finish and measures 15" long.
