VINTAGE EMBROIDERED TABLE RUNNER
Striking and unusual vintage hand embroidered oxford cotton weave textile measuring about 41" long and 15" wide. Done on a vibrant cobalt blue ground, it is embroidered in orange fruit and florals - edge is trimmed in a matching crochet blue lace - so pretty!
Condition is lovely with no pulls, holes, discoloration or damage - possibly a hint of wear and a bit of wrinkling from storage. Beautifully executed, it is an unusual color and design - owner was from California - believe it dates to the 1940s - wonderful addition to any table, home, collection or display!
