Backpack at first appears to be like new but after examining it I found a few small flaws: biggest flaw is a hole in the strap material (circled in red), then there is a small stain on the back of the bag that touches your back (circled in blue), and last there’s a spot on the inside of the large compartment. I have not tried to clean the stains.
