Texas Drug Warehouse was a regional discount pharmacy chain based in Texas that operated primarily in the 1980s and 1990s. The company began closing stores in the mid-to-late 1990s and was largely out of business by the late 1990s (around 1997–1999).

So these invitations are almost certainly early–mid 1990s, possibly late 1980s.
