There were no electronics, google earth, GPS, etc. How did we know how to get to the destination? Mom and dad had the thousand fold road maps. So, here is the list of each map...and yes there are some duplicated. 5-Illinois, 1-Oregon, Washington, 1-Eastern US, 2 Central and Western, US, 4-Wisconsin, 1, MN St. Paul, 1 Wyoming, 1-Quad cities, Illinois, 2-Ohio, 1- Minnesota, 1 Nebraska, 1-Colorado, 1 L.A. California, 1-Texas, 1-Village Oswego, Illinois, 1, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 2 Michigan, 2 North and South Dakota, 1 Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida, 1-Pennsylvania, 2 North and South Carolina, 2 Missouri, 5-Indiana, 3 Iowa, and 1 Sweden, Norway-though we sure did not drive there?Map brands include Phillips 66, Exxon, Shell, Gulf, and Standard. I did not unfold each map and check for tears or marks, because honestly, I probably could not have folded them back!
