Antique / Vintage old photographs.Excellent condition.Normal wear associated with age/useThe portrait is from Hartsook Studios CA. The matte folder has come apart on one of the seams.I don't see a signature on the photo of the house.The glass in the larger frame is broken around the edges. The photo is cut uneven.The small photo is very delicate. Looks like the image is flaking.
