# Vintage Department 56 Landscape & Cypress Trees – Huge Scenery Lot of 15
Up for sale is a fantastic, instant collection of 15 vintage Department 56 landscape trees. This mixed lot features a great variety of foliage types, perfectly suited to bring rich texture, depth, and realism to your miniature display layouts.
### 📐 Lot Breakdown & Dimensions:
* Tall Column Cypress Trees: Measuring approximately 9 inches tall (perfectly matches Dept 56 \"The Holy Land\" or Mediterranean village themes).
* Branching Canopy/Deciduous Trees: Measuring approximately 7 to 8 inches tall with distinct multi-branch structures.
### 🚂 Dual-Purpose Hobby Compatibility:
* Holiday Village Collectors: These are original Department 56 accessory trees featuring the iconic textured resin rock bases and brown wrapped trunks. They look beautiful alongside Dickens\' Village, Christmas in the City, Snow Village, or historical ceramic houses.
* Model Railroaders & Wargamers: Because these trees range from 7\" to 9\" in height, they cross over beautifully into model railroading layout scenery. They make excellent forced-perspective background trees for O Scale (1:48) layouts or prominent canopy foliage for HO Scale (1:87) layouts.
### 🔍 Condition Notes:
These trees are in Very Good vintage condition. They have been well cared for and still retain their original \"Made in China\" gold labels on the bottoms of the bases. There is minimal flocking shed, and the wire trunks remain completely sturdy and adjustable.
