This is a lot of TEN original, unused old new stock hat or helmet buttons. This black finish POLICE style was used during WWI and before. They feature the historic Pennsylvania state seal with the horses on the sides of the center crest. They will also be correct replacements for "Keystone Kops" type helmets that were worn in those days. These are unmarked on the reverse side. Expect some tarnish on the backs of these. These came from a huge hoard from New York City and many of these have not seen the light of day in decades.
These items are next to impossible to find when you are looking for them. Whether you collect these, restore hats or are a costumer, you will appreciate the value here. I'm selling them cheaply so as to move some product. I do not have the time to list these by individual pairs.
