It is a patriotic themed basket made in 2002, has 2 Swinging Handles, accented with red and blue weaves, with silver stars on the top back side edge near the handles. Additional stars are on also on the top edge but are covered with the cloth liner. Nice size basket, approximately 8 in L, 5 in W, 5 In H. You get the basket, plastic liner and flag themed cloth liner.
