An authentic Limoges, France trinket box by the Sinclair atelier, hand-painted "Just Married" wedding limousine design, Peint Main marked, dated 1999, individually numbered 28 of 750. The piece depicts a stretch limousine in white with a hand-painted blue ribbon and bow across the hood, the bride and groom silhouetted in the rear window, and "Just Married" lettered along the side panel in blue script, closed with a gold-tone hinged clasp with bow motif.
Sinclair is one of the recognized hand-painting ateliers working within the Limoges region of France, where hard-paste porcelain production has been the European benchmark since the late eighteenth century. The Peint Main mark confirms this is fully hand-painted rather than transfer-printed, and the piece carries its own edition number within a run of 750.
The base is marked "Peint main, Limoges France, Sinclair 1999" with the handwritten edition number 28/750.
Mint condition, with no chips, hairlines, or paint loss. The gold-tone hinge and clasp operate smoothly, and the bow closure sits flush when shut. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description.
Due to the rarity and fragility of this piece, no returns will be accepted. We have no control over how a piece is packaged for return shipping, and we're not willing to take on that risk of damage. Every item undergoes a pre-shipping inspection that is video and photo documented, creating a clear record of its exact condition and packaging as it leaves our studio — so there's never any question about how a piece was packed or its state prior to shipping. Carefully wrapped and double-boxed for safe transit. Best Offer welcome. All photos and video, showing the object from every angle, are part of the description — please review before purchasing.
