This is the Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz. She is new in her box and comes with her tags on. She has never been used or displayed but I did put batteries in and when you press the button she speaks plain and clear. She is coming to you just in time for Halloween and will be a great addition to your Halloween display. She is green and comes with her hat, broom, purse and her cape.
