This item is new old stock. But there are a few dings in the box. The figurine display inside is perfect though. It is a very nice and detailed decoration that will make a great addition to your Christmas display. It still has the little plastic tab in the battery compartment that hasn’t been pulled out yet to see it light up. I’m not sure how old this is or if the battery is still going to work or not so you may have to replace the battery. It is roughly 10 inches in diameter and about 6 1/2 inches tall.
