Why laser etched over diamond etched/engraved. Diamond etching leaves a very rough gouge that ruins the beauty of the brushed aluminumand soon the etching will turn black as the bare aluminum oxidizes.
The process we use to produceour laser etched license plates is the laser removes only the very thin layer of black paint, leaving a very detailed viewof the Beautiful brushed aluminum underneath. A glossy waterproof UV protected clearcoat finish is then applied leaving a very beautiful, very smooth glossy surface that will keep the brushed aluminum from oxidizing and turning black.
The end result is that you will have a very durable license plate with the beauty of the brushed aluminum very clearly defined.
This is a standard sized 6\" x 12\" License plate tag with four (4) mounting holes/slots for universal fitment. This the same exact size as your state issued license plate. Be sure to check that your front mount is the correct size as car dealers in states that do not require a front plate sometimes use a different type of mount to mount an advertising placards to.
