Lady Death IV: The Crucible #4 was published by Chaos! Comics in May 1997 and features the story “Trampled Underfoot,” written by Brian Pulido with artwork by Steven Hughes. The issue features Lady Death and continues the six-part supernatural fantasy series.
This copy includes the Megadeth promotional CD originally associated with the issue. The CD contains “The Disintegrators” and “She-Wolf” and promotes Megadeth’s Cryptic Writings album. The disc itself is marked “Promotional Use Only – Not For Sale.”
