High end estate sale find. I have placed this rug on a Navajo rug group site. A few individuals have indicated because of its bright colors it is either a transitional period revival example or a true transitional period blanket dating from 1885 to 1910. Both transitional period and transitional revival period blankets this size range from $4000 and upwards.

I took some photos of the corners to illustrate some wear commensurate with age. There is some wear to the selvage. You may wish to have the blanket professionally cleaned. There is minimal soiling. Based on its condition, I suspect it was never placed on the floor. The colors are truly brilliant.
