***fair condition with wear in the form of:- small surface chip in glaze on the underside edge (slightly rougher in 2 spots there)- crazing on front- scratch on front center (if you hold it up to the light, it is visible)- colored paint marks on the off-white sections in areas under glaze- colored marks along backside rim (unglazed section that touches the wall)
