EU Countries
At present, we can ship to the Netherlands and Spain only within the European Union.
Shipping to other EU countries is temporarily unavailable. We may resume shipping to additional EU destinations as regulations and shipping conditions become clearer.
Other Destinations
We may temporarily suspend shipping to certain countries or regions where postal, customs, or delivery conditions are unstable.
United States
For shipments with a customs value of less than US$2,500, we generally ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with applicable import duties and taxes prepaid.
For shipments with a customs value of US$2,500 or more, we generally ship via FedEx on a DDU/DAP basis. In this case, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Carriers
We generally use Japan Post for international shipments. Depending on the destination, item value, shipping conditions, or other circumstances, we may use DHL or FedEx instead.
Import Duties and Taxes
For shipments sent on a DDU/DAP basis, all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's import regulations before purchasing.
