A neat early cooper\'s hoop driver. Would have been used to drive the metal hoops into place on barrels. In overall good or better used condition withmoderate wear. Has an iron driving ring on the head. The body is forged iron with is what looks like a makers mark, J. White. Measures about2-3/8 inches across and7-1/2\" tall.
