Incredible & Rare WW2 Manhattan Project Reports on the Atomic Bombings of Japan.
Two (2) extremely rare and uniquely desirable reports produced by the Manhattan Engineer District (aka the Manhattan Project) on the after effects of the atomic bombings on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II.
Reports are based on thorough scientific analysis of atomic blast waves, structural damage to buildings, radiation effects, etc. Reports are heavy on data and observations of these unprecedented events and include numerous charts, maps, and photos.
We cannot stress the rarity and import of these reports enough. These are true pieces of history!
Both reports show wear consistent with age, but are in excellent condition. The larger of the two books appears to be missing its cover page.
